Conference USA has announced their football scheduling format for the 2020 season, which almost mirrors the schedule released earlier this year.

Each Conference USA member will play eight conference games on the originally scheduled dates. C-USA teams can also, at their own discretion, play up to four non-conference contests. Some teams have already had games canceled due to decisions by other conferences.

The first Conference USA team currently scheduled to play is the Marshall Thundering Herd. They are slated to play at East Carolina on Saturday, Aug. 29 (Week Zero). The first conference matchup is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12 when Southern Miss hosts Louisiana Tech.

The 2020 Conference USA Championship Game is still scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 5 at the home stadium of one of the division winners. The game can be pushed back, if necessary, should the league need to reschedule any games during the regular season.
