Yale releases 2019 football schedule

By Brian Wilmer -

The Yale Bulldogs have released their 2019 schedule (via FCS STATS), which features six of the university’s 10 games at home.

Yale opens its season with a Sept. 21 visit from Holy Cross. Cornell visits to kick off the Ivy League slate on Sept. 28. October opens and closes in New Haven, with Fordham (Oct. 5) and Penn (Oct. 26) taking to the grass at Yale Bowl. Trips to Dartmouth (Oct. 12) and Richmond (Oct. 19) will occupy the middle of the tenth month for the Bulldogs.

November is much the same for Yale, with a Nov. 2 home game with Columbia starting the eleventh month. The Bulldogs then trek to Brown (Nov. 9) and Princeton (Nov. 16). The annual Yale-Harvard rivalry takes its usual season-closing spot on Nov. 23.

Yale finished last season 5-5 (3-4 Ivy). The Bulldogs have won 15 Ivy League titles and 27 national crowns.

Why is the FBS tv schedule coming out so slow this year? We are about four months away from kick off and no word on 99 percent of the games kick off times and channels on week one. Just curious if anyone might know? This time last year I’m pretty sure a few conference had already announced there early tv schedule.

Thanks Kevin, I guess I’m just super impatient this year. Already way over the off season and we haven’t even hit the draft yet. Have so many tiny milestones to help get past the off season. Signing day ( Late one now), Schedule releases, Spring Ball, Draft, Magazines, TV schedule releases, ————— Finally then Media Days, Fall Camp, SEASON yay! But yeah thank you for helping me out anyways. This site is the best.
