The Oregon State Beavers will play at the San Jose State Spartans in 2025, FBSchedules.com has learned.
Oregon State will travel to face San Jose State at CEFCU Stadium on Sept. 13, 2025. The game, which was pushed back from its original date of Sept. 19, 2020, is the second half of a home-and-home series that began back in 2015.
The game at San Jose State in 2020 was replaced by a home game against the Portland State Vikings. That game is set for Sept. 19, 2020.
Oregon State and San Jose State first met on the gridiron in 1979 and have played six times overall. The Beavers have won four straight in the series and now have a 4-2 lead.
The addition of San Jose State in 2025 is the first scheduled non-conference game for Oregon State for that season.
Oregon State is the first known non-conference opponent for San Jose State in 2025.
Note: A previous version of this article indicated that the Oregon State at San Jose State game was rescheduled for Sept. 7, 2024, per Oregon State’s website.
However, a copy of the revised game contract obtained from San Jose State University indicates that the game has been set for Sept. 13, 2025.
