The Iowa State Cyclones have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Iowa, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas and West Virginia.
Iowa State opens the 2012 season at home on Thursday, Sept. 1 against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. The following week, Iowa State travels to face in-state rival Iowa (Sept. 8) before returning home to host Western Illinois (Sept. 15).
ISU opens 2012 Big 12 play on Sept. 29 at home against Texas Tech, followed by a road trip to Big 12 newcomer TCU on Oct. 6.
Kansas State visits Jack Trice Stadium on Oct. 13 before the Cyclones travel to face Oklahoma State on Oct. 20. Baylor visits Ames on Oct. 27 for Iowa State’s Homecoming followed by Oklahoma on Nov. 3.
The remainder of Iowa State’s conference slate includes at Texas (Nov. 10), at Kansas (Nov. 17) and home against the West Virginia Mountaineers on Nov. 24.
