The Houston Baptist Huskies have released their 2021 and 2022 football schedules via their official athletics website.
Houston Baptist’s non-conference opponents for both seasons were already known. In 2021, the Huskies will play at New Mexico and Prairie View A&M and will host Northern Colorado.
In Southland Conference action in 2021, Houston Baptist will host Southeastern Louisiana, Central Arkansas, Incarnate Word, and Lamar. Road opponents include McNeese, Abilene Christian, Stephen F. Austin, and Sam Houston State.
Non-conference games for Houston Baptist’s 2022 season include Lindenwood at home and Northern Colorado and Texas State on the road.
The Huskies’ 2022 Southland opponents include McNeese, Abilene Christian, Stephen F. Austin, and Sam Houston State at home and Southeastern Louisiana, Central Arkansas, Incarnate Word, and Lamar on the road.

Houston Baptist’s website also indicates that they have added a future football game against the Trinity Tigers of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference in Division III. The Huskies will host the Tigers on Sept. 2, 2023.
The addition of Trinity completes Houston Baptist’s non-conference schedule for the 2023 season. The Huskies are also slated to play at WKU on Sept. 9 and host Prairie View A&M on Sept. 16.
