I’ve been wanting us (Auburn) to schedule a game with Colorado for awhile. the mighty buffs are scared to play anyone that isn’t Uga

Colorado vs the Big Sky doesn’t always pan out. Remember September 2, 2006? Montana State sure does. LOL!

2014 and 15 weak scheduling due to previous AD. However, even with the 2016 payday Ann Arbor road game already on the schedule, the current Colorado AD should have done better to schedule a P5 program for 2017. With an already weak 2017 schedule why schedule Big Sky? Unless Colorado coaches feel they need at least five years to reach average competitiveness, which is not good.

This scheduling significantly injures the SOS, and it would be a high achievement for the Buffaloes to ear a slot in the Vegas Bowl during the next five years.

Further out, Colorado’s future non-conference schedules appear well balanced, with two home-and-home series with Nebraska, and one home-and-home with Minnesota. Add the annual rivalry game against Colorado State, and an annual game against either a MWC opponent or FCS Big Sky opponent. Too bad Colorado could not start scheduling like that earlier.

San Jose St ? Nicholls St ? Idaho St ? Massachusetts ? An opponent that would actually help to fill Folsom Field is only 1.5 hours north in Laramie is Wyoming, and the games would be competitive and quite entertaining ,,,, and the same would be true with that historic and respectable program that is less than 1.5 hours to the south, Air Force …..
