College football rankings for week 14 of the 2020 season have been released. Alabama remains the top-ranked team, while Iowa State moved up the most in the AP Poll.

Alabama cemented their hold on to the top spot following their 42-13 victory at home over the 22nd-ranked Auburn Tigers. Notre Dame remains in second place after winning at 19th-ranked North Carolina, 31-17.

After their game at Illinois was canceled due to COVID-19, Ohio State remained at No. 3 in the AP Poll but dropped to fourth in the Coaches Poll. Clemson beat Pitt at home, 52-17, and moved up one to third in the Coaches Poll and remained fourth in the AP Poll.

Texas A&M (5th AP, 6th Coaches) and Florida (6th AP, 5th Coaches) both won on Saturday and held their positions.

The Iowa State Cyclones jumped the most in the AP Poll this week following their 23-20 win at then 17th-ranked Texas. The Cyclones moved up three spots to No. 12 in the AP Poll and three spots to No. 12 in the Coaches Poll.

Texas, Auburn, and North Carolina each dropped out of both polls following their losses in Week 13.

Cincinnati (8-0) and BYU (9-0) are currently the highest-ranked non-power conference teams at No. 7 and No. 8, respectively.
