BYU and Hawaii have set tentative dates for their 2013 through 2015 football games, according to Hawaii’s 2011 football media guide (see below, page 63). Back in May, BYU and Hawaii agreed to play almost every year through 2020.
Hawaii will host BYU at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu on Sept. 28, 2013 and again on Nov. 7, 2015. BYU will host Hawaii at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo on Oct. 18, 2014.
The two schools will also meet in 2012 in Provo. Hawaii’s media guide lists the game for Sept. 8, but BYU recently scheduled a home game against Weber State for the same date. Since that release came in late September (after the media guide release), it’s likely that the 2012 date for BYU-Hawaii has been moved.
The Cougars and Warriors are set to meet this Saturday in Honolulu. The game will be televised by ESPN2 and ESPN3.com at 6:30 p.m. ET.
Update (12/08/2011): Hawaii’s official website now lists the 2012 game at BYU for Sept. 29.
Looks like Hawaii has cleared the 2014 and 2016 constraints in the ‘most years through 2020’ agreement and this one will be home and home annually through 2020.
