The Buffalo Bulls will play at the Ohio State Buckeyes in 2020 and at the Maryland Terrapins in 2022, the school announced on Wednesday.

Buffalo will travel to take on Ohio State at Ohio Stadium in Columbus on Sept. 19, 2020. The Bulls will receive a $1.8 million guarantee for the game, according to a copy of the contract obtained from Ohio State University via a state public records request.

In their first and only meeting in 2013, Ohio State defeated Buffalo 40-20.

The Bulls will travel to play Maryland at Maryland Stadium in College Park on Sept. 3, 2022. The game will be the first-ever meeting between the two schools.

The addition of a game at Ohio State tentatively completes Buffalo’s non-conference schedule in 2020. The Bulls are slated to open that season at Kansas State on Sept. 5 and later host Old Dominion on Sept. 12 and travel to Army on Oct. 24.

Maryland is the second announced non-conference opponent for Buffalo for the 2022 season. The Bulls are also scheduled to play at Coastal Carolina on Sept. 17.
