The Furman Paladins have announced their fall 2021 football schedule, which features a game at NC State.
Furman opens the 2021 season with three consecutive non-conference games, beginning at home at Paladin Stadium in Greenville, S.C., on Saturday, Sept. 4 against North Carolina A&T. The Paladins then travel to take on Tennessee Tech on Sept. 11 and NC State on Sept. 18 to close out non-conference action.
Furman opens Southern Conference (SoCon) action on Sept. 25 at home against Mercer. Other home SoCon games include The Citadel on Oct. 16, ETSU on Oct. 30, and VMI on Nov. 13.
The Paladins will travel to take on SoCon foes Wofford on Oct. 9, Chattanooga on Oct. 30, Western Carolina on Nov. 6, and Samford on Nov. 20.

Following the postponement of the fall 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the SoCon played their season in the spring of 2021. Furman finished the season 3-4 with wins over Western Carolina, Samford, and ETSU.
