The Liberty Flames have announced kickoff times and television coverage for their home football games in 2019, which includes six games at Williams Stadium in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Liberty will open the 2019 season at home against the Syracuse Orange on Saturday, Aug. 31. The game is set for a 6:00pm ET start and the game will be televised/streamed by ESPN+.
After playing at Louisiana on Saturday, Sept. 7, the Flames return to Lynchburg for three consecutive home contests. Liberty will host Buffalo on Saturday, Sept. 14, Hampton on Saturday, Sept. 21, and New Mexico on Saturday, Sept. 28, and all three contests will be available to watch on ESPN+ at 6:00pm ET.
In October, Liberty only has one home contest. The Flames welcome the Maine Black Bears to Williams Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 19, and the game will be streamed via ESPN+ at 6:00pm ET. The Maine contest will also be Liberty’s Homecoming game.
Liberty’s final home game of the 2019 season is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 30 against the New Mexico State Aggies. The game is set for a 2:00pm ET start on ESPN+.
Liberty’s game at Louisiana on Sept. 7 is set for 7:30pm ET on ESPN+. Kickoff times for road games at New Mexico State (Oct. 5), Rutgers (Oct. 26), UMass (Nov. 2), BYU (Nov. 9; ESPN network), and Virginia (Nov. 23) will be announced at a later date.

Oof. Paying for a team like Syracuse to come to Lynchburg only for ESPN to stick the game on the out of site out of mind ESPN+ subscription service that hardly anyone has? What a waste for Liberty.
