2020 Mountain West football schedule announced

The 2020 Mountain West football schedule has been announced. Conference play begins on Saturday, Sept. 12 with Boise State at Air Force.

Featured 2020 non-conference match-ups for each Mountain West team include Air Force at Purdue, Florida State at Boise State, Colorado at Colorado State, Fresno State at Texas A&M, Hawaii at Oregon, Nevada at Arkansas, New Mexico at Mississippi State, UCLA at San Diego State, San Jose State at Penn State, Arizona State at UNLV, Utah State at BYU, and Utah at Wyoming.

The 2020 Mountain West Championship Game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 5. It will be a match-up of the Mountain and West Division winners and will be hosted by the highest ranked team.

Additional releases from the Mountain West will come this Spring, which will shift certain games to Thursdays and Fridays.

There was absolutely NO reason that the Mountain Division games on 11/28 couldn’t have been Air Force-Colorado State, Boise State-Utah State and New Mexico-Wyoming (the latter game DID get scheduled that day).

Agree except Boise State-Utah State, Wyoming-Colorado St., Air Force-New Mexico would make better sense from geographical rivalry perspective.
