The 2011 SEC football schedules were officially released today and have been posted. The season begins on Thursday, September 1 when Kentucky meets Western Kentucky in Nashville.
Some of the prominent non-conference games include Alabama at Penn State, Arkansas vs. Texas A&M (at Arlington, TX), Auburn at Clemson, Florida State at Florida, Georgia vs. Boise State (at Atlanta, GA), Louisville at Kentucky, LSU vs. Oregon (at Arlington, TX), Mississippi State at Memphis, BYU at Ole Miss, South Carolina vs. East Carolina (at Charlotte, NC), Cincinnati at Tennessee and Connecticut at Vanderbilt.
The 2011 SEC Championship Game will be played on Saturday, December 3 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
