The 2009 Sun Belt Conference Football Schedules have been posted. The schedules are not official yet, but some of the non-conference games have been confirmed.
Some of the prominent non-conference games include Arkansas State at Nebraska, Florida Atlantic at Nebraska, Florida International at Alabama, Florida International at Florida, Louisiana -Lafayette at LSU, ULM at Texas, Middle Tennessee at Clemson, North Texas at Alabama, Troy at Florida and Western Kentucky at Tennessee.

You have Arkansas State both travelling to Iowa on 10-3 and hosting Troy…quite the daunting task of playing a double-header, not to mention in different venues 3 states away.
Which is it?
Right now, it’s both. Both Iowa and Troy’s athletic departments list Arkansas State as the opponent on that date. My guess is one of them moved the game but has yet to announce the change.
