The Marist Red Foxes have announced their 2020 football schedule, which includes games at Cornell and Dartmouth.
Marist will open the 2020 season on Saturday, Sept. 5 at home at Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field against the Georgetown Hoyas. The non-conference matchup was previously unannounced.
The Red Foxes open Pioneer Football League (PFL) action in Week 2 when they travel to face the Morehead State Eagles on Sept. 12. That’s followed by a road contest at the Cornell Big Red on Sept. 19.
The remainder of Marist’s football schedule rotates each week from home to away contests — vs. Dayton (Sept. 26), at Drake (Oct. 3), vs. Davidson (Oct. 10), at Dartmouth (Oct. 17), vs. Valparaiso (Oct. 31), at Stetson (Nov. 7), vs. San Diego (Nov. 14), and at Butler (Nov. 21).
Marist’s only open date of the season is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24.
The Red Foxes finished the 2019 season 4-7 overall and 4-4 in PFL contests. Marist last won a share of the Pioneer Football League championship in 2013.
