The Florida A&M Rattlers have released their 2019 football schedule, which includes six home games.
Florida A&M will open the 2019 season at the UCF Knights. The game is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 29 or Saturday, Aug. 31,
After their first open date of the season, Florida A&M plays consecutive home games at Bragg Memorial Stadium in Tallahassee. The Fort Valley State Wildcats visit on Sept. 14, followed by the Southern Jaguars on Sept. 21.
FAMU opens Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play on Sept. 28 on the road against the Norfolk State Spartans. The Rattlers return home on Oct. 5 to host the North Carolina Central Eagles for Homecoming.
The following week on Oct. 12, Florida A&M travels to take on the South Carolina State Bulldogs before returning home to host the North Carolina A&T Aggies on Oct. 19.
Florida A&M visits the Morgan State Bears on Oct. 26, and then the Rattlers welcome the Delaware State Hornets to Bragg Memorial Stadium on Nov. 2.
After their second open date of the season, Florida A&M hosts the Howard Bison on Nov. 16 in Tallahassee. The Rattlers close out the regular-season on Nov. 23 against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats at Camping World Stadium in Orlando.
FAMU wrapped up the 2018 season 6-5 overall and 5-2 in conference play. The Rattlers tied with Bethune-Cookman for the second best MEAC record behind North Carolina A&T.
