The Buffalo Bulls have completed their 2013 non-conference football schedule, the school announced today.
UB completed their schedule with the addition of a Sept. 21 game at the Ohio State Buckeyes. The game will be the first ever meeting between the two schools and the Bulls will receive a $1 million guarantee.
Buffalo’s first non-conference game of 2013 is Sept. 7 at the Baylor Bears. The two schools last met in a home-and-home series in 2007 and 2010. The Bears won both games, 34-21 in 2007 and 34-6 in 2010.
On Sept. 14, Buffalo will host the Stony Brook Seawolves at UB Stadium. In their first ever meeting in 2011, the Bulls defeated the Sea Wolves 35-7 in Buffalo.
Buffalo’s final non-MAC game will be Sept. 28 at home against the Connecticut Huskies of the Big East. UB and UConn first met in 1939 and have played a total of 19 games with the Huskies leading 15-4.
Buffalo opens the 2012 season on Sept. 1 at the Georgia Bulldogs.
Football Schedules
2013 will NOT be the first time UB plays Stony Brook. They played in 2011.
