The South Dakota State Jackrabbits have released their 2020 and 2021 conference football schedules via their 2018 football media guide.

South Dakota State will open Missouri Valley Conference play in 2020 at home against the Indiana State Sycamores. Other MVC home games include South Dakota (Oct. 10), Western Illinois (Oct. 31), and Youngstown State (Nov. 21).

The Jackrabbits will travel to face North Dakota (Oct. 3), North Dakota State (Oct. 17), Southern Illinois (Oct. 24), and Northern Iowa (Nov. 7).

In 2021, SDSU will kick off conference play on the road at Indiana State on Sept. 25. Other road games that season include Western Illinois (Oct. 16), Youngstown State (Oct. 30), and South Dakota (Nov. 13).

Home contests for the Jackrabbits in 2021 include Southern Illinois (Oct. 9), Northern Iowa (Oct. 23), North Dakota State (Nov. 6), and North Dakota (Nov. 20).

South Dakota State opened the 2018 season against the Iowa State Cyclones in Ames. However, the game was halted in the first quarter and later canceled altogether due to thunderstorms in the area.
