Colorado, TCU Schedule 2022-23 Football Series

The Colorado Buffaloes and the TCU Horned Frogs have scheduled a home-and-home football series for 2022 and 2023, the two schools announced today.

In the first game of the series, Colorado will host TCU at Folsom Field in Boulder on Sept. 3, 2022. The Buffaloes will then travel to face the Horned Frogs at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas on Sept. 2, 2023.

Colorado and TCU, who have never faced each other on the gridiron, each have several other future games scheduled against Power Five programs.

Colorado has upcoming matchups at Michigan (2016), at Nebraska (2018 & 2024), vs. Nebraska (2019 & 2023), at Texas A&M (2020), vs. Texas A&M (2021), vs. Minnesota (2021), and at Minnesota (2022).

TCU has future contests slated at Minnesota (2015), vs. Arkansas (2016), at Arkansas (2017), vs. Ohio State (2018), at Ohio State (2019), at California (2020), and vs. California (2021).

Colorado is the first scheduled non-conference opponent for the Horned Frogs for both the 2022 and 2023 seasons. The Buffaloes are scheduled to visit Minnesota in 2022 and host Nebraska in 2023.

Wonder if Baylor is paying attention to TCU scheduling? Who am I kidding? Of course not when Incarnate Word still has openings.

We all know that when Art Briles hears about TCU scheduling another home and home series with a P5 team…..Briles will feel compelled to schedule more games with Incarnate Word.

I find these lists of power 5 games tiresome, why not simply list significant future opponents, those are not always from power 5 conferences.
