Two games on the 2020 ACC football schedule that were postponed have been rescheduled, the conference announced on Saturday.
The games were postponed earlier this season due to positive novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) test results and the subsequent contact tracing.
The Louisville Cardinals at Boston College Eagles game that was moved to Saturday, Dec. 12 last week has been rescheduled a second time. Louisville will now travel to take on Boston College on Saturday, Nov. 28. Kickoff time and television coverage for the contest will be announced on Sunday, Nov. 22.
To accommodate the scheduling change, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons at Louisville Cardinals game has been rescheduled from Saturday, Nov. 28 to Saturday, Dec. 19. The ACC Championship Game is set for Dec. 19, but Wake Forest and Louisville are not in contention to play in the game.
Additionally, the ACC has announced that the Wake Forest Demon Deacons at the Duke Blue Devils game, which was scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 21, will not be rescheduled.
Wake Forest, which had positive COVID-19 test results and quarantining this week, has been given approval by the ACC to schedule a second non-conference game should the Demon Deacons determine they can play next week.
Just play Wake Forest-Duke on December 19. No way either of them qualifies for the ACC title game.
Rather the in-state rivalry be played than Wake Forest-Louisville
