Listed below are the six Sun Belt games announced for ESPNU:
Wednesday, August 27
Abilene Christian at Georgia State – 7pm ET (ESPNU)
Thursday, August 28
Wake Forest at Louisiana-Monroe – 7pm ET (ESPNU)
Thursday, September 25
Appalachian State at Georgia Southern – TBA (ESPNU)
Friday, October 24
Troy at South Alabama – TBA (ESPNU)
Thursday, October 30
Troy at Georgia Southern – TBA (ESPNU)
Thursday, November 20
Arkansas State at Texas State – 9:30pm ET (ESPNU)
Arkansas State also announced today that they have moved their non-conference home game against Utah State to Sept. 20. The game was originally scheduled for Sept. 27.
Why NMSU & Idaho is not on one of these listing?
Well they are probably going to be at or near the bottom of the conference standings. Also, not every team wants to play on weeknights.
This is just six games announced for ESPNU. More games on TV will be announced later.
Probably because the viewing market would be minimal.
