The Saint Francis Red Flash have released their 2020 football schedule, according to a report by STATS PERFORM.

Saint Francis University opens the 2020 season with three consecutive games on the road, beginning on Thursday, Sept. 3 at Richmond. The Red Flash then visit Buffalo on Sept. 12 before opening Northeast Conference (NEC) action at Sacred Heart on Sept. 19.

The first home game for the Red Flash at DeGol Field in Loretto, Pa., is scheduled for Sept. 26 against Merrimack (non-conference). Saint Francis then travels to take on Robert Morris on Oct. 3 before returning home to host three consecutive opponents — Bryant on Oct. 10, Central Connecticut on Oct. 17, and Lehigh on Oct. 24.

Next, Saint Francis travels to play Wagner on Halloween (Oct. 31). After their only open date of the season on Nov. 7, the Red Flash travel to take on Long Island on Nov. 14.

Saint Francis U. wraps up the 2020 regular-season with a contest at DeGol Field against Duquesne on Nov. 21.

The Red Flash finished the 2019 season 6-6 overall and 3-4 in Northeast Conference action. It was the 10th season under head coach Chris Villarrial.
