The Ole Miss Rebels will open the 2015 season at home against the UT Martin Skyhawks, according to UTM’s official website.
Ole Miss will take on UT Martin at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Sept. 5, 2015. The game will be the first ever between the two schools.
UT Martin, a member of the Ohio Valley Conference in the FCS, recently revealed a trip to face Boise State in 2013. The Skyhawks also travel to face Memphis and Northern Illinois in 2012 and Kentucky in 2014.
UT Martin is the third non-conference opponent lined up for Ole Miss for the 2015 season. The Rebels are also scheduled to host Fresno State on Sept. 19 and travel to Clemson on Oct. 3.
The BancorpSouth Grove Bowl, Ole Miss’ Spring football game, is set for Saturday, Apr. 21 at 1:00 p.m. CT. The Rebels, led by new head coach Hugh Freeze, kick off the 2012 season at home on Sept. 1 against Central Arkansas.
