By Kevin Kelley -

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have canceled, or backed out of a rumored game in 2013 against the Army Black Knights at Yankee Stadium, Army Football Insider has reported.

Army AD Kevin Anderson told the Army Football Insider that Stanford, who plays at Army in 2013, is an option to play at Yankee Stadium. He also said there is an “outside chance” that Syracuse would play there.

Army and Notre Dame are playing the first ever football game at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, November 20, 2010 (7:00 p.m. ET; NBC).

Sir,
It’ time to beat Navy. At the very least we need to play like we belong on the same field as the Midshipmen! Upgrade the program – The Corp deserves better than this really bad team !Grads are still backing the team but for how long ?
