The NC State Wolfpack have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Connecticut, Tennessee, Clemson, Florida State, Miami and North Carolina.
NC State opens the 2012 season on Friday, Aug. 31 against the Tennessee Volunteers in the 2012 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The game will be televised by ESPNU.
The 2012 Wolfpack schedule continues with three more non-conference games. NC State travels to UConn on Sept. 8 and then hosts back-to-back games against South Alabama on Sept. 15 and The Citadel on Sept. 22.
NC State opens ACC play on Sept. 29 at the Miami Hurricanes. The remainder of their conference slate includes vs. Florida State (Oct. 6), at Maryland (Oct. 20), at North Carolina (Oct. 27), vs. Virginia (Nov. 3), vs. Wake Forest (Nov. 10), at Clemson (Nov. 17) and vs. Boston College (Nov. 24).
The 2012 ACC Championship Game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 1 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC.
