The Liberty Flames have announced kickoff times for their home football games in 2020, which includes five games at Williams Stadium in Lynchburg, Va.
Liberty is scheduled to open their home slate for the 2020 season in Week 4 on Saturday, Sept. 26 against the FIU Panthers. The game is set for a 1:00pm ET start.
The four remaining home contests for Liberty in 2020 will also begin at 1:00pm ET. Liberty will host the North Alabama Lions on Oct. 3, ULM Warhawks on Oct. 10 (Homecoming), Southern Miss Golden Eagles on Oct. 24 (Family Weekend), and Western Carolina Catamounts on Nov. 14.
The Liberty Flames are scheduled to open the 2020 season on the road against the WKU Hilltoppers on Saturday, Sept. 19. Other road opponents for the Flames include the Syracuse Orange (Oct. 17), Virginia Tech Hokies (Nov. 7), NC State Wolfpack (Nov. 21), and Coastal Carolina Chanticleers (Dec. 5).
Liberty, a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) Independent, finished the 2019 season 8-5 overall. The Flames capped off their first winning season at the FBS level with a 23-16 win over the Georgia Southern Eagles in the FBS Mortgage Cure Bowl in Orlando, Fla.
