The Kennesaw State Owls have announced their 2020 football schedule, which includes six home contests.
Kennesaw State is scheduled to open the 2020 season at home at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Ga., against the Point University Skyhawks on Saturday, Sept. 5. Point competes in the Mid-South Conference in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
The Owls then travel to take on Kent State on Sept. 12 before returning home to host three more non-conference contests. Kennesaw State will take on Alabama State on Sept. 19, new FCS member Tarleton State on Sept. 26, and Samford on Oct. 3.
Missouri State was previously scheduled to play at Kennesaw State on Sept. 26, but that contest has been replaced by Tarleton State.
Kennesaw State opens Big South Conference action on Oct. 10 on the road against the North Alabama Lions. After an open date on Oct. 17, the Owls travel to take on the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs on Oct. 24 before hosting the Hampton Pirates in Kennesaw on Oct. 31 (Halloween).
KSU closes out their 2020 football schedule with two-of-three games on the road. The Owls play at the Charleston Southern Buccaneers on Nov. 7, host the Campbell Camels on Nov. 14, and finish at the Monmouth Hawks on Nov. 21.
