The Kansas Jayhawks have added future football series vs. Boston College, Duke, and Coastal Carolina, the school announced on Wednesday.
Kansas and Boston College will meet in a home-and-home series that will be played on Sept. 14, 2019 at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and on Sept. 19, 2020 at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, Kansas.
The 2019 meeting will be the first-ever between Kansas and Boston College on the gridiron.
Kansas and Duke will kick off a home-and-home series on Sept. 25, 2021 at Wallace Wade Stadium in Durham, North Carolina. The series will conclude the following season in Lawrence on Sept. 24, 2022.
The Jayhawks and Blue Devils have met twice on the gridiron. Kansas defeated Duke 44-16 in Lawrence in 2009 but fell 41-3 in Durham in 2014.
Kansas and Coastal Carolina will play a three-game football series. The two schools will meet in Lawrence on Sept. 7, 2019 and Sept. 11, 2021 and at Brooks Stadium in Conway, South Carolina on Sept. 26, 2020.
Coastal Carolina moves up from the FCS to the FBS and the Sun Belt Conference beginning with the 2017 season.
Kansas has also added two future home games vs. FCS opponents. The Jayhawks will host Wagner on Sept. 5, 2020 and South Dakota on Sept. 4, 2021.
Kansas was previously scheduled to play a home-and-home series with Houston on Sept. 14, 2019 in Houston and Sept. 12, 2020 in Lawrence. That series has been pushed back to Sept. 17, 2022 in Houston and Sept. 16, 2023 in Lawrence.

CCU wins 2/3 of that series……good though that KU will go to a 19,000 seat venue for an OOC game..
WRONG. 21,000 by then.
Easily fact-checked.

I cannot wait for the 2018 game with Rutgers. It could be build as the showdown to see who is the worst P5 team in America for that season. Ticket prices could go below matinee prices for a second run movie.
