By Kevin Kelley -

College football rankings for week 9 of the 2019 season have been released. Auburn moved into the top 10, while Baylor made the biggest jump in both polls.

The Auburn Tigers, who defeated the Arkansas Razorbacks 51-10 on the road, moved up two spots in the AP Poll to No. 9 and moved up one spot in the Coaches Poll to No. 10.

The Baylor Bears continued their move up the polls this week. Last week, Baylor moved up four spots to No. 18 in the AP Poll and five spots to No. 18 in the Coaches Poll. After winning at Oklahoma State 45-27 yesterday, the Bears are now ranked No. 14 in both the AP and Coaches polls.

Four teams received first-place votes in the AP and Coaches polls again this week. Alabama leads the way with 24 in the AP and 44 in the Coaches, followed by Clemson (10 AP, 9 Coaches), LSU (16 AP, 3 Coaches), and Ohio State (13 AP, 8 Coaches).
