College football rankings for week 2 of the 2019 season have been released. Clemson remains the top-ranked team, while Auburn and Boise State made the biggest jump in both polls.
Auburn, which defeated Oregon 27-21 in Arlington, Texas, moved up six spots in the AP Poll to No. 10 and three spots in the Coaches Poll to No. 13.
Boise State upset Florida State in Tallahassee, Fla., 36-31, in a contest that was moved from Jacksonville due to the threat of Hurricane Dorian. The Broncos moved into the AP Poll at No. 24 and into the Coaches Poll at No. 24.
The top nine teams are the same in both Week 2 polls: Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, Ohio State, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Texas.
North Dakota State remained No. 1 in the STATS FCS Poll after defeating Butler 57-10. The remainder of the Top 5 also did not change. James Madison is second, and they are followed by South Dakota State, Eastern Washington, and UC Davis.
In the FCS Coaches Poll, NDSU remained on top with 25 of the 26 first-place votes. James Madison stayed at second, while South Dakota State (3rd) and UC Davis (4th) each moved up due to Eastern Washington falling from 3rd to 5th.

How on earth did UCF drop a position? Didn’t they blank their opponent by a wide margin? Not a fan of them, but doesn’t make sense.
Also, FCS Polls completely disrespecting SC State and SE Louisiana. What a shame!
Wisconsin stomped USF, so they jumped UCF due to a better win.
All the Top 25 won there games except ranked Oregon Losing to ranked Auburn by a single point. Many won in blow outs and a few won close games. I support the deranking of Iowa St for now. Yawn.
