College football rankings for week 11 of the 2019 season have been released. Alabama and LSU remain first, while Memphis made the biggest jump in both polls.
The Memphis Tigers, who defeated previously undefeated and then No. 15 SMU 54-48, moved up five spots in the AP Poll to No. 19 and four spots in the Coaches Poll to No. 19.
SMU dropped the most in the Week 11 polls, falling eight spots to No. 23 in the AP Poll and nine spots to No. 23 in the Coaches Poll. Florida, which lost to Georgia 24-17 in Jacksonville, Fla., dropped four spots to No. 10 in the AP Poll and five spots in the Coaches Poll to No. 11.
The top five teams in both the AP and Coaches polls remain unchanged from Week 10.
Four teams received first-place votes in the AP and Coaches polls again this week. Alabama leads the way with 21 in the AP and 37 in the Coaches, followed by LSU (17 AP, 11 Coaches), Ohio State (17 AP, 8 Coaches), and Clemson (7 AP, 9 Coaches).
Saturday, November 9 will feature a matchup of number one ranked teams. Alabama, No. 1 in the Coaches Poll, will host AP No. 1 LSU in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and the game will be televised by CBS at 3:30pm ET.
