The ACC has officially announced the future football opponents for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish through the 2037 season.
Notre Dame began a 12-year agreement with the ACC in 2014. With today’s announcement, the agreement is extended an additional 12 seasons.
The slate from 2026 through 2037 is highlighted by a pair of Monday contests on Labor Day — at Clemson in 2031 and at Virginia Tech in 2037. Overall, Notre Dame will play 30 ACC opponents at home and 30 on the road between 2026 and 2037.
“The ACC’s football partnership with Notre Dame has been extremely successful throughout our first four seasons,” said ACC Commissioner John Swofford. “As we look to the future, these games will continue to enhance the experience for our players, schools and fans.”

I guess this relationship between ACC & ND is working out, big commitment for 20 years down the road & great deal for the ACC. ND will always be popular with you luv them or hate them. Plus they still get their NBC TV deal.
NBC could dump the Irish if they don’t win a national title by 2026. And the ACC opponents could change if Cincy and UConn are brought in.
You heard it here first people. Z Man is the seer of all things. Thank you for your prophecy “Oh Great One, Lord of all Things, The Golden Dome God.”
Notre Dame will always be the team people want to see they have fans all over the country and they have haters but people want to see them
If you think people still want to see Notre Dame you are way out of touch maybe 20 years ago but not now they are so down the list
Why does Norte Dame never play Clemson and FSU in he same season???……….
Notre Dame just join the ACC
Notre Dame does not want to join a league because they know they would never win the league championship and that would be too embarrassing to them so they choose to stay independent where they never have to compete for a league championship
25-30 percent of those who attended the last Norte Dame game in 2016 will not be alive when this contract runs out. In addition, 50 percent of the players involved have yet to be born. I am now waiting for games to be scheduled in the 2040’s.
Notre Dame has not won a major bowl game since the 1993 season. They are the most overrated team in College Football History. The arrogance of setting their schedule 20 years in advance to me is self serving.
So in 2019 is ND playing 13 games? So the 10/19 game @GT is new, and still does not display not your 2019 ND schedule page. Or did ND cancel a game with someone?
Sorry, the list was pulled from the ACC’s original release a few years ago. They made some changes in 2018 and 2019, and those are now reflected correctly.
