The Oklahoma State Cowboys and the Central Michigan Chippewas have scheduled a 3-game football series beginning in 2015, Drew Ellis of The Morning Sun has reported.
Oklahoma State will travel to face Central Michigan at Kelly/Shorts Stadium in Mount Pleasant in 2015. The Chippewas will then face the Cowboys at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater in two games with dates to be announced.
The 2015 game will be the first ever between Oklahoma State of the Big 12 and Central Michigan of the MAC.
The Cowboys now have four non-conference games scheduled in 2015: at Air Force (09/05), UTSA (09/19), UCA (TBA) and at Central Michigan. Since the Big 12 now plays a nine-game conference schedule, one of those games will be moved or canceled.
The addition of Oklahoma State gives Central Michigan two BCS non-conference opponents in 2015. The Chippewas also travel to face in-state foe Michigan State.
