The LSU Tigers completed their 2009 football schedule on Tuesday. The 2007 BCS National Champions will play non-conference games at home against the Tulane Green Wave, Louisiana Tech Bulldogs and Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns.
LSU will open the 2009 season on the road when they travel to Seattle to face the Washington Huskies of the PAC-10.
The matchup against the Tulane Green Wave was moved from the New Orleans Superdome to Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. This gives the LSU Tigers seven homes games in 2009.
LSU will open 2009 SEC play when they host the Vanderbilt Commodores in Tiger Stadium on September 12. The Tigers will also host the Florida Gators, Auburn Tigers and Arkansas Razorbacks. Road games in 2009 include the Mississippi State Bulldogs, Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama Crimson Tide and Ole Miss Rebels.
