The 2013 BYU at Hawaii football game has changed dates again. The Cougars will now travel to face the Warriors on December 7.

The December 7 date, which is currently listed on Hawaii’s website, was confirmed by UH Director of Media Relations Derek Inouchi. Washington was previously slated to visit Honolulu on that date, but the game was moved to the 2014 season.

Back in 2008, BYU and Hawaii signed a home-and-home agreement and set the 2013 date for Sept. 14. But then last year, the date was changed to Sept. 28 and listed in Hawaii’s 2011 football media guide. The Dec. 7 date is now the most accurate date.

Inouchi also indicated that Hawaii’s Sept. 7, 2013 game at Oregon State “will be rescheduled for another season.” With that game being moved, Hawaii has four non-conference games on the books. The Warriors can play five non-conference games under The Hawaii Exemption if the MWC continues with an 8-game conference schedule.

It should also be noted that since the 2014 and 2015 BYU-Hawaii games are not listed on Hawaii’s website, those dates could change also. The two schools are slated to meet almost every season through 2020.

As always, future football schedules are tentative and subject to change without notice. Conference realignment can also alter future dates.
