The Syracuse Orange have released their 2011 football schedule, which includes games against Wake Forest, USC, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and West Virginia.
Syracuse opens the 2011 season on Saturday, September 3 at home against Wake Forest. The Orange will then hose Rhode Island (9/10) before traveling to Los Angeles to play the USC Trojans (9/17) at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Syracuse hosts Toledo (09/24) and finishes the non-conference portion of their schedule at Tulane (10/8).
The Orange begin Big East play on October 1 at home against Rutgers and later host West Virgina (10/22). The Orange then travels to Louisville (10/29) and UConn (11/5) before returning home to host USF (Friday 11/11) and Cincinnati (11/26). Syracuse closes the 2011 regular season at Pittsburgh on December 3.
