I'm not sure how its computed but anyway, 9 of the 10 PAC-10's teams are in the top 20. very interesting......
Sagarin is a computer geek. He uses some unique mathematical formula to determine his rankings.
You are right kraal2004. It is strange that 9 of 10 PAC 10 teams would be ranked in the top 20. I think this poll is a load of crap.
How is the SOS a load of crap? In general, the Pac-10 schedules fewer FCS/Sun Belt teams than most conferences, and they play 9 conference games in what all computers call the strongest league in the country (6-0) in bowl games last year, where no game except for Wazzu is easy for anybody
The PAC-10 is a a great conference we play the toughest schedules in all of college football. We have 4 teams rank in the BCS. NOBODY in the SEC or BIG 12 want to play are better school beside washington state and washington come play with USC or OREGON.But they dont want to because they say that is to tough for them. Like in the sec they aren't the strongest because of lack of schedules ,why do you do you they are so good because weak schedules.
An example for you: Georgia played Arizona State at ASU last year, and at Georgia this year and won both games. Georgia also plays at Oregon in 2015, and Oregon plays at Georgia in 2016.
And Oregon will kill Georgia in both years. What about the strongest team in the PAC-10 USC NOBODY wants to play them beside ohio state that is a top 25 team and the only top 25 team that will play them. But the last time we play SEC team was aubrun and own them.
The SEC doesn't need to play the Pac-10. The Pac-10 embarasses themselves enough as it is. LSU beat Washington and then USC lost to Washington. Oregon lost to Boise State! And how about how LSU destroyed Arizona St., Oregon St and Arizona. We don't have to play tough non conference teams, because our conference schedule makes it the toughest in the nation. #1 AND #2 are BOTH SEC teams.
Kyle are you serious? LSU destroyed Arizona ST.? The last bowl game they played they won 35 to 31 while Arizona St. put 540 yds on them. Wahington put 500 yds on LSU this yr and should have won. You dont get embarressed losing conference games or against top 10 teams. Whats embarrassing is claiming playing 2/3s of your conference each yr, so you might play 2 of the good teams is so hard, and then adding 4 1AA teams all at home, now thats embarressing, and them rambling about how hard it is, come on. The only reason you need a conf. championship is because they don't all play each other. By the way look at the USC vs SEC and when you see scores of 70 to 17 and 50 to 14 then there was that 23 to 0 shut out of #5 Auburn at Auburn, now thats destroying.
But they had to cheat to win there games. That why LSUCK turn down to play USC. We play aubrun at there stadium kill them. So you re staying the PAC-10 suck its the SEC who suck. Florida or Alabama could not beat Ohio state. That is one of r weak school come play the big boys like USC Texas Oklahoma Ohio state Penn state. But you crybabys wont play with the big boy. You re scheduleing suck. go pac-10
The best Conferences
1. BIG 12 9. WAC
2. SEC 10. C USA
3. PAC-10 11. SUN BELT
4. BIG TEN
5. ACC
6. BIG EAST
7. MOUNTAIN WEST
8. MAC
Best conference Big 12?
Dam they play nobody either and besides Texas they all suck.
Pac 10 this year is by far the best conference.
