UConn has finalized its 2020 football schedule, the school announced Monday.
Games announced as part of the release include home contests against Conference USA foes Old Dominion (October 3) and Middle Tennessee (November 21), with a road contest at North Carolina’s Kenan Stadium set for November 7.
The Huskies will take the field as an FBS independent in 2020. UConn’s home schedule include the ODU and MTSU contests, along with tilts against UMass (September 3), Indiana (September 26), Maine (October 10), Liberty (October 31), and Army (November 28). UConn will travel to Illinois (September 12), Virginia (September 19), Ole Miss (October 24), and San Jose State (November 14), as well as the North Carolina contest.
Old Dominion will receive a $200,000 guarantee for its trip to East Hartford, with no guarantee to the Blue Raiders. UConn will itself receive $200,000 from North Carolina for the trip to Chapel Hill.
