CBS Sports has announced their 2013 college football TV schedule, which features Alabama at Texas A&M and two SEC doubleheaders.
The CBS “SEC Game of the Week” kicks off on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 3:30 p.m. ET when Alabama travels to face Texas A&M. The defending national champion Crimson Tide’s only loss last season was to Johnny “Football” Manziel and the Aggies.
CBS will televise two SEC doubleheaders. The first will air at noon and 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 19. On Saturday, Nov. 9, the doubleheader will begin at 3:30 and continue at 8 p.m. ET.
The Arkansas-LSU game, which is in Baton Rouge this season, will be played in its usual day after Thanksgiving spot on Friday, Nov. 29 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
Games also announced for CBS include Air Force at Navy (Oct. 5, 11:30 a.m. ET), Georgia vs. Florida (Nov. 2, 3:30 p.m. ET), Army vs. Navy (Dec. 14, 3 p.m. ET), and the Hyundai Sun Bowl (Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2 p.m. ET).
The 2013 SEC Championship Game, which is set for Saturday, Dec. 7, will be televised by CBS at 4 p.m. ET.
Overall, CBS will televise 16 SEC football games in 2013. Games not listed will be announced 6-to-12 days prior to the contest.
