The 2015 NFL Thursday Night Football Schedule kicks off in Week 2 (Sept. 17) when the Denver Broncos travel to face the Kansas City Chiefs. The game will be televised by CBS and the NFL Network at 8:25pm ET.
The defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots will be featured on Thursday, Oct. 29 when they host the Miami Dolphins.
Overall, Thursday Night Football in 2015 will feature 16 regular-season NFL games, and two of those will be played on a Saturday (Dec. 19 and Dec. 26).
Note: New England opens the 2015 NFL season at home vs. Pittsburgh on Thursday, Sept. 10 (8:30pm ET, NBC). Although the game is on Thursday, it is branded as part of the “Sunday Night Football” package.
A second game, Chicago at Green Bay on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 26, is also branded as “Sunday Night Football.”
