2013 Preseason AP Top 25 College Football Poll Released

The 2013 preseason AP Top 25 College Football Poll has been released and the Alabama Crimson Tide top the rankings. Alabama received 58 first place votes and 1,498 total points.

Ohio State comes in at 2nd in the AP Poll. The Buckeyes received one first place vote and 1,411 points. Oregon, Stanford, and Georgia round out the Top 5. Georgia received the only other first place vote.

The Top 5 of the AP Poll is exactly the same as the Top 5 of the preseason Coaches Poll, which was released on August 1.

The SEC leads all conferences with six teams in the AP Top 25 poll. The Big Ten and Pac-12 are tied for second with five teams. Listed below is the full conference breakdown:
