The 2013-14 College Football Bowl Schedule was finalized this evening and announced during the Bowl Selection Special on ESPN.
Florida State (13-0, 8-0 ACC) and Auburn (12-1, 7-1), the top two teams in the final BCS Standings, will face off in the 2014 Vizio BCS National Championship game at The Rose Bowl on Monday, Jan. 6 (8:30pm ET, ESPN).
The four BCS Bowls also feature some intriguing match-ups:
- Fiesta – Baylor vs. UCF
- Orange – Clemson vs. Ohio State
- Rose – Michigan State vs. Stanford
- Sugar – Alabama vs. Oklahoma
The 2013-14 bowl season kicks off on Saturday, December 21 with the Gildan New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque. This years match-up will feature Colorado State vs. Washington State (Saturday, Dec. 21, 2pm ET, ESPN).
New Year’s Day features the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl (Georgia vs. Nebraska), Heart of Dallas Bowl (North Texas vs. UNLV), Capital One Bowl (South Carolina vs. Wisconsin), Outback Bowl (Iowa vs. LSU) and the previously mentioned Rose Bowl Game and Fiesta Bowl.
