The Stetson Hatters have announced their 2020 football schedule, which includes six games at home and 11 contests overall.
Stetson opens the 2020 season with consecutive home contests at Spec Martin Memorial Stadium in DeLand, Fla. Ave Maria visits on Saturday, Sept. 5, and they are followed by Louisiana College one week later on Sept. 12.
After their only open date of the season (Sept. 19), Stetson opens Pioneer Football League (PFL) action on the road against Butler on Sept. 26. The Hatters then travel to take on Presbyterian the following week on Oct. 3 to close out non-conference action.
A string of seven-consecutive PFL contests begins on Oct. 10 with Valparaiso visiting Spec Martin Stadium. The remainder of Stetson’s 2020 schedule rotates away-home — at San Diego (Oct. 17), vs. Morehead State (Oct. 24), at Dayton (Oct. 31), vs. Marist (Nov. 7; Homecoming), at Davidson (Nov. 14), and vs. Drake (Nov. 21).

Stetson finished the 2020 season 7-4 overall and 4-4 in Pioneer Football League action. Under head coach Roger Hughes, the Hatters are 78-98 overall since the 2013 season.
