The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks have added the Abilene Christian Wildcats and the Angelo State Rams to their 2020 football schedule, the school announced on Friday.
Stephen F. Austin and Abilene Christian, fellow Southland Conference members, will square off in a non-conference game at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas, on Saturday, Oct. 24. Stephen F. Austin will host the Angelo State Rams at Homer Bryce Stadium in Nacogdoches, Texas, on Saturday, Oct. 10. The game will mark the 22nd overall meeting between the two schools on the gridiron.
Stephen F. Austin and Angelo State first met on the gridiron in 1964. The Lumberjacks won the most recent meeting in 1995, 17-3, but the Rams still lead the series 12-9.
