The Northern Arizona Lumberjacks have announced their 2020 football schedule. The slate features eight Big Sky Conference games and a season-opener at Arizona State.
The aforementioned trip to Tempe takes place Sept. 5, with South Dakota visiting the Walkup Skydome on Sept. 12 to kick off the home portion of the NAU schedule.
The remaining home games for the ‘Jacks include visits from Idaho State (Oct. 3) and Southern Utah (Oct. 17) in the following month. November features two home tilts, with back-to-back outings against UC Davis (Nov. 7) and Montana (Nov. 14) to close the home schedule.
NAU makes consecutive road trips to Eastern Washington (Sept. 19) and Northern Colorado (Sept. 26), with the former not classified as a Big Sky game, despite the Eagles being a fellow conference school. Another two weeks on the road take place late in October, with visits to Sacramento State (Oct. 24) and Idaho (Oct. 31) composing lengthy trips. A season-ending visit to Cal Poly (Nov. 21) finishes a challenging group of games.
