FCS preseason Top 25 polls for the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) have been released, and the North Dakota State Bison top the rankings.
In the STATS FCS rankings, North Dakota State received 142 first-place votes and 3,971 points overall. The Bison finished 15-0 last season and won the NCAA Division I Championship.
The James Madison Dukes are just behind North Dakota State with 3,635 points and 14 first-place votes. South Dakota State, Eastern Washington, and UC Davis round out the STATS preseason Top 25.
North Dakota State also leads the preseason FCS Coaches Poll with 23 first-place votes and 644 total points. James Madison also takes the No. 2 spot in this poll, and they are followed by Eastern Washington, South Dakota State, and UC Davis.
