New Year’s Day 2014 Bowl Schedule

Happy New Year! There are six college football bowl games slated for New Year’s Day 2014.

The highlight of the New Year’s Day slate of games is “The Grandaddy of Them All,” the Rose Bowl Game presented by Vizio. Big Ten Champion Michigan State takes on Pac-12 Champion Stanford at 5pm ET on ESPN.

The New Year’s Day bowl schedule kicks off at noon eastern with two games. Georgia faces Nebraska in the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl (ESPN2) and North Texas takes on UNLV in the Heart of Dallas Bowl (ESPNU).

At 1pm ET, South Carolina and Wisconsin meet in the Capital One Bowl (ABC) and Iowa and LSU square off in the Outback Bowl (ESPN).

After the Rose Bowl Game, Baylor meets UCF in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl at 8:30pm ET on ESPN.
