The Kennesaw State Owls have announced their fall 2021 non-conference football schedule, which includes four contests.
Kennesaw State is scheduled to open the 2021 season at home at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Ga., against the Reinhardt University Eagles on Saturday, Sept. 4. Reinhardt competes in the Mid-South Conference in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
The Owls then make the short trip down I-75 to face the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets for the first time ever. The two schools will square off at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, Ga., on Saturday, Sept. 11.
The following week on Sept. 18, Kennesaw State travels to Spartanburg, S.C., to take on the Wofford Terriers of the Southern Conference. After an open date on Sept. 25, the Owls wrap up their non-conference schedule at home against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks on Oct. 2.
KSU was previously scheduled to host Shorter on Sept. 4 and Tarleton State on Sept. 25, so those two contests have either been postponed to another season or canceled altogether.
Kennesaw State’s fall 2021 Big South Conference football schedule will be released later this spring. The Owls are scheduled to have home conference games on Oct. 16, Oct. 30, and Nov. 20 and road conference contests on Oct. 9, Oct. 23, Nov. 6, and Nov. 13.
