The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against BYU, Georgia, Boston College, Clemson, Miami, North Carolina and Virginia Tech.
Georgia Tech opens the 2012 season with a Labor Day ACC contest at the Virginia Tech Hokies (Mon. Sept. 3; 8:00 p.m. ET; ESPN). The Yellow Jackets then return home on a short week to host Presbyterian at Bobby Dodd Stadium (Sept. 8).
Virginia comes to town on Sept. 15 followed by Miami (FL) on Sept. 22 and Middle Tennessee on Sept. 29. The Jackets then travel to face Clemson on Oct. 6 before their open date.
Georgia Tech hosts Boston College on Oct. 20 followed by the BYU Cougars on Oct. 27. Tech then had road trips to Maryland (Nov. 3) and North Carolina (Nov. 10) before hosting Duke in their ACC finale on Nov. 17.
The Yellow Jackets close out the 2012 regular season at in-state rival Georgia on Nov. 24.
The 2012 ACC Championship Game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 1 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC.
