The Dartmouth Big Green have added a home game against the New Haven Chargers which finalizes their 2020 football schedule, the school announced on Thursday.

Dartmouth will host New Haven at Memorial Stadium in Hanover, N.H., on Sept. 19, 2020. The game will mark the first-ever meeting between the two schools on the gridiron.

The Big Green compete in the Ivy League in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS), while New Haven is a member of the Northeast-10 Conference in Division II.

Dartmouth was previously scheduled to host the Jacksonville Dolphins on Sept. 19, 2020, but were forced to locate a replacement game after Jacksonville abruptly discontinued their football program in December.

Remaining non-conference contests for Dartmouth in 2020 include a trip to play the Towson Tigers on Sept. 26 and a home tilt against the Marist Red Foxes on Oct. 17.

Dartmouth is scheduled to open Ivy League action on Oct. 3 when the Penn Quakers visit Hanover for the Big Green’s Homecoming weekend. Other home opponents for Dartmouth in 2020 include Harvard (Oct. 31) and Brown (Nov. 21).

Road Ivy League opponents for Dartmouth this Fall include Yale (Oct. 10), Columbia (Oct. 24), Princeton (Nov. 7), and Cornell (Nov. 14).

Below is Dartmouth’s complete football schedule for the 2020 season.
